Job Description:

Location: Reno, NV

Position Summary: As an ENGEO Construction Service Manager (CSM), you will represent ENGEO on various job sites, delivering the highest quality client service. You will play a crucial role in the success of each of our projects by ensuring each project is effectively and efficiently staffed, coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with ENGEO engineers and other CSMs to share best practices and coordinate resources

  • Serve as a liaison between our clients, ENGEO Field Representatives, and ENGEO engineers and geologists

  • Coordinate Reno’s ENGEO Field Representatives based on project need

  • Deliver excellent client service to clients on jobsites

  • Assist with QA/QC field observations during horizontal and vertical construction following design plans and codes, Special Inspections, and other field work as required

Experience and Skills:

All Candidate Criteria

  • Experience - 10+ years in land development (earthworks and special inspections) construction industry and 2+ years in people management

  • Own a construction site appropriate vehicle - truck/SUV (daily reimbursement available)

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good driving record and drug-free

  • Ability to perform potentially strenuous field activity

  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel, and proficient and willing to learn other test data software (Agile, SpectraQest, etc.)

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Nuclear Gauge certified with 10+ years of experience

  • ACI Concrete Field Grade I with 5+ years of experience

  • ICC RC and PT certifications with 3+ years of experience

  • A team player who enjoys fast-paced environments
