Job Description:

Location: San Ramon

Position Type: Full-time

Experience Level: 7 - 10 years within Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry

Position Summary: As an ENGEO Marketing Manager you will collaborate with teammates in all aspects of the organization to pursue new business and develop current practices. You will lead a variety of internal and external marketing initiatives, provide key input on marketing content, and communicate and simplify highly technical concepts. At ENGEO, you will see your hard work make a direct impact on our growth and success!

Primary Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and identify new markets to explore

  • Collaborate with the Business Development (BD) team to increase market penetration efficacy

  • Create and renew website content and design using WordPress

  • Work with our engineering staff to explore brand awareness through technical connections (university collaborations, sponsorships, conferences, etc.)

  • Create and execute multi-pronged marketing campaigns (social media, print, email, etc.)

  • Use project information and testimonials to showcase our service lines

  • Maintain accurate project, client, and contact data in CRM database (Deltek Vision)

  • Assist with client event coordination

  • Support BD team with Request for Proposals (RFP), Request for Qualifications (RFQ), and Request for Information (RFIs), as needed

  • Support presentations through graphics and formatting according to the ENGEO brand

  • Perform other duties, as requested

  • Knowledge of marketing tools and social media platforms (Hootsuite, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)

  • Excellent organization and ability to multitask

  • Talent for storytelling and creative writing

Required Qualifications

  • Experience Level: 5-10 years within the AEC industry

  • Education Level: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Marketing, Communications, etc.)

  • Software: Proficiency using Microsoft Suite, WordPress, Hootsuite, Constant Contact (or other email distribution apps), and social media platforms

  • General understanding of the engineering, construction, and consulting industry (geotechnical, environmental, and water resources)

  • Outstanding communication (verbal and written)
