Job Description:

Position Summary:  As a  Proposal Coordinator you will  work collaboratively with the M arketing  and Business Development  team,   office leaders ,  and  engineers . Your efforts will make a direct impact on ENGEO by helping to  win new projects,  develop budding offices and service lines, and  strengthen client relationships .   Your strong content writing and messaging will differentiate ENGEO’s proposals from those of our competitors!  

Primary Responsibilities  

  • Lead the development and submission of Request for Proposals (RFP), Request for Qualifications (RFQ), and Request for Information (RFIs) 
  • Coordinate, design, write, and edit proposals and statement of qualification packages 
  • Work closely with Project Managers during the proposal process to produce winning proposals 
  • Participate in go/no go decisions and strategy meetings 
  • Facilitate proposal kick-off, team progress, and debrief meetings 
  • Prepare interview material and assist with interview preparations 
  • Use project information and employee testimonials to showcase our projects 
  • Maintain accurate project, employee, and client data in CRM database (Deltek Vision) 
  • Conduct market research 
  • Track, log, and follow up on leads 
  • Coordinate client and Lunch & Learn events 
  • Perform other duties as requested 

Our Ideal Candidate  
  • Outstanding communication (vocabulary, usage, structure, flow, grammar, punctuation) 
  • Excellent organization and ability to multi-task 
  • General understanding of the engineering and consulting industry (geotechnical, environmental, water resources, construction)  
  • Talent for storytelling and creative writing 

Experience and Skills:

  • Experience Level: 2+ years  
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Suite (Adobe InDesign is  a plus)  
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, etc.) 
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the English language
