ENGEO is looking for an experienced Word Processor to join the team!

Position Summary: As part of our Word Processor (WP) team, you will play a crucial role in ENGEO’s document process by formatting, editing, and assembling a wide range of deliverables. You will form strong connections with your team members and ENGEO project managers to help create the friendly, service-oriented office culture we strive to build every day.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Use MS Office suite to edit, proofread, and format a variety of business documents while adhering to strict formatting guidelines
  • Assist with administrative work including compiling in-house training materials, responding to emails, copy requests, mailing correspondence, and electronically filing documents
  • Perform other related duties and tasks as requested
  • Help with on-going company projects and programs

All Candidate Criteria

  • 3+ Years word processing experience in consulting or legal services preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
